I was going to post a recipe for the “Sleepover Snacks” post, but when I read that “sleepover” snacks are “plant-based”, I had to include them here.
The recipe I was referring to is one of my favorite snacks for a number of reasons: It’s quick and easy, it’s high in protein and healthy fats, and it’s delicious, sweet, and full of fiber.
So I was super excited to share it with you all.
You’ll find that recipe below.
This recipe also gives you a great idea of how I like to prepare and serve this delicious snack, which is why I wanted to share the recipe here as well.
It’s the “sleepovers” part.
But there are lots of ways to prepare this.
If you prefer, you can skip the “snowflake” part and just make the snack yourself.
I’m going to show you how.
Just remember, you should use ingredients from your pantry or freezer, not from the grocery store.
It makes sense to start with a few ingredients, because you don’t want to have to go to the grocery shop to buy a lot of ingredients you might not need.
I also suggest using less liquid and less fat for this recipe.
The reason for this is because you can use coconut oil, which you can substitute for regular coconut oil for this, or you can try using vegetable oil, because that’s the kind of oil that is naturally fat-free.
The key to making this healthy snack is to use only the good stuff: protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
Protein and carbohydrates are the building blocks of all proteins and carbohydrates, while fats are used for a lot more than that.
And I want to be clear: You should never substitute the protein in this recipe with plant-based protein sources.
That’s not healthy for you.
But if you’re not a plant-heavy person, I would strongly recommend trying this.
You will not regret it!
This recipe is low-carb, so it won’t get you very full, and the fat is used to replace the saturated fat found in a lot or all of the plant-containing products I usually use for this snack.
You can see from the ingredient list that there are no added sugars or processed starches, so you’ll be able to enjoy this as a healthy snack with whatever you have on hand.
And it’s good for you!
It will be a great way to use up leftover rice, and if you have leftover rice leftover from your last meal, it will keep in the fridge and keep you full for a few hours or longer.
If I remember correctly, you may also enjoy this snack as a snack, as a filling snack, or as a side.
You could use it to snack on before or after your meal.
And you could serve it with whatever kind of side dish you want.
The “sleep” part is the fun part.
You might think that the “lazy” part of this snack would be the coconut oil and the “chocolate” part, but the coconut is the main ingredient.
That coconut oil has all the health benefits that you would expect from coconut oil.
I can’t emphasize enough how amazing it is that coconut oil is a healthy source of all of these nutrients.
You just have to try it!
It is really easy to make this low-fat, high-protein, full-fat snack.
I promise you won’t regret it.
You won’t miss out on anything.
It will definitely be the best low-sugar, high energy snack you’ve ever had.
It might be a bit on the pricey side, but it is a great snack.
If there are any of you who are trying to lose weight, you might also want to try these ideas for cutting down on calories: 1) If you’re a runner, do some running in the morning.
If not, go for a short jog after you get up.
It’ll help your metabolism, your body gets plenty of energy, and you can feel better afterwards.
2) If the idea of eating a low-calorie snack doesn’t appeal to you, try this low fat, high protein, low-glycemic snack for breakfast.
It really will make you feel better after breakfast!
3) If a few of you are eating more than usual this week, this recipe will help you stay on track.
You probably won’t want this in your freezer, but if you want to make it at home, you just need to heat it up a little bit and keep it warm.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
4) You can try this recipe if you are looking for a healthy, plant-filled snack, and also because you have been trying to get fit or lose weight.
This low-protein snack is also a great recipe to add to
