The Perfect Breakfast Sandwich The Perfect Sandwich is a delicious sandwich topped with some homemade cranberries, maple syrup, and fresh berries.
Ingredients: 2 cups of frozen blueberries (I used a box of 6) 2 tbsp of maple syrup 2 tbsp honey 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (about 6 cups) 2 large eggs, beaten 1/4 cup sour cream Directions: In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the blueberries, and set aside.
Heat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine frozen blueberry chunks, maple sugar, honey, and cranberries.
Add to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
Spoon the batter into prepared baking sheet, then evenly spread the cranberries on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top of the blueberry bread pudding is golden brown.
The perfect morning snack is a great option for the middle of the work week, or for the day before.
This breakfast sandwich is made with homemade cranley sauce, berries, and a light drizzle of maple sugar.
Ingredients: 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 1/8 cup of sour cream (or honey and maple syrup) 2 eggs 2 tbsp melted butter Directions: Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the cheese, sour cream, and melted butter and cook until melted and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in the eggs.
Stir in the cooked cheddar until smooth.
Serve over toast, with fresh berries, or just about anything else you’d like.
For the best possible texture, you may want to serve the bread pudding with a bit of melted butter.
The next time you’re cooking for yourself, you can add a few more eggs to the mixture, to add some richness and flavor.
